Fees: The setting of fees is an essential part of the psychoanalytic process, and needs to be mutually respectful and honest. My fees are negotiable, and can shift depending on circumstances.

Emergencies: If you have a true emergency, please call 911 (in the US) or the appropriate emergency service or hospital.

Privacy: All communications including video communications are encrypted.

Technical Problems: Occasionally technical problems may interfere with the quality of the image and or voice transmissions. Should this happen, generally a repeat call will re-establish a satisfactory connection. In the unlikely event that we cannot continue with the session because of technical glitches, I will provide you with a refund for the unused portion of the session.
